Maritime Electric Company, Limited, is seeking candidates for the position of Temporary Customer Service Representative (Thirteen Month Position). 


Reporting to the Manager, Contact Centre, Operations & Performance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the Maritime Electric Contact Centre located in Charlottetown. You will serve customers by:


Job Description:

  • Communicating products and service information;

  • Processing applications for new or changed products and services;

  • Arranging for disconnections and reconnections;

  • Receiving payments for products and services; and

  • Resolving customer product or service needs.

    • You will be responsible for:

  • Providing information about electrical services;

  • Processing applications for electricity; and

  • Handling payments and resolving customer issues.
