Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Contract Manger for a 10-months fixed-term contract (starting mid of April 2026) to cover a parental leave. The expected employment end date is mid of February 2027.

The Contract Manager (m/f/d)

  • oversees the review and the approval of all contractual documents for protection of the company´s contractual posture, response to customer requirements and adherence to TD SYNNEX´s policies.

  • supports the legal affairs of the organization as directed by the Transactional Legal group's management team. 

  • manages legal issues with limited supervision.

    • Responsibilities:

  • The Contract Manager is responsible for the support of TD SYNNEX in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
