Responsibilities

You will be required to work as part of the Temporary Accommodation team to provide day-to-day housing management of the Council’s temporary accommodation for homeless households. You will also be required to provide low level support to ensure residents are tenancy ready to access move‑on / independent living opportunities.

The Temporary Accommodation team are based in offices just outside the vibrant city centre of Winchester. You will need to meet the travel requirements of the role as you will visit residents in our units of temporary accommodation across the district, as well as conducting health and safety visits at our schemes.
