PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking staff for a contract role in Novena, Singapore. You will handle taxpayers’ queries via helpline, live chat, or walk-ins, and promote e-Services and the chatbot. You’ll guide customers through e-Filing steps and advise on filing and payment obligations.

The position offers a fixed Aug 2026–Nov 2026 contract (renewable) with competitive hourly pay and on-site work. Training provided for those without tax experience.
