Maintaining list of accounts and AMC renewal history.Daily use of SPMS to track renewals and opportunities. Spares, Consumables opportunities.Calling customers to review equipment/ software and service plan optionsSending Quotes ti customer for the Spares, Consumables, Plans. Following up forthe PO & processing.Review of all quotations and documenting service sales process in SPMS tool. Completing the billing review in CompassAchieving team and individual goals. Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:
Qualification:
Minimum of Commerce Graduate or in lieu of a degree, 6month to 2 years of experience in a technology organization performing customer service sales/support / Order Execution.Freshers are welcome.Should have experience in Microsoft Office, MS Exce...
