Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining list of accounts and AMC renewal history.
  • Daily use of SPMS to track renewals and opportunities. Spares, Consumables opportunities.
  • Calling customers to review equipment/ software and service plan options
  • Sending Quotes ti customer for the Spares, Consumables, Plans. Following up forthe PO & processing.
  • Review of all quotations and documenting service sales process in SPMS tool. Completing the billing review in Compass
  • Achieving team and individual goals. 
  • Qualifications

    Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:

    Qualification:

  • Minimum of Commerce Graduate or in lieu of a degree, 6month to 2 years of experience in a technology organization performing customer service sales/support / Order Execution.
  • Freshers are welcome.
