  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain and update customer account data on Salesforce.
  • Generate reports from Salesforce.
  • Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners.
  • Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping.
  • Other administrative ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome
  • Fast learner in computer systems
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage
