Position Summary

The Teller I role serves as the bank’s front-line representative, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This role includes assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
