Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Provide information regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates.
- Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
