Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
  • Provide information regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates.
  • Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
