Job Description

Telesales is responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the telephone.
Promote new products and sell to gain a greater share of the customers' business.
Prospect and establish new accounts based on anticipated customer need.
Key Responsibilities
Support and train customers
Actively maintain the in-house client relationship management Salesforce
Identify and cold call new business opportunities
Support sales activity around industry events
Win back former customers
Support existing customers through excellent service
Achievement of sales target set by the company
Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline management accurate content and certification of information in the system for assigned clients
Provide support to and work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to achieve objectives.
