What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within the telesales industry. 

  • 1 - 5 years experience as a telesales professional within the telecommunication industry. 

  • Proven experience in achieving sales target within the telesales function.

  • Minimum qualification: SPM

  • Must be able to speak in English with full professional proficiency. 

  • Comfortable to work in hybrid working arrangement.

  • Execute outbound calls to SG-based clients to promote fiber, broadband, and internet products.

  • Contact existing clients and upsell internet-related products and offer promotions to leaving clients to encourage retention.
