About the Role

The Telesales Represenative strives to offer products of BPI AIA and its affiliates via telemarketing.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to influence clients in purchasing multiple sets of insurance products.
  • Listen actively, probe appropriately, and communicate feedback to build client relationships and understand their needs of the client.
  • Connect and empathize with our clients and fully understand their needs.
  • Influence our clients to avail insurance plan and enroll to policy.
  • Accurately document enrolment details through inputting data in the system.
  • Maintain quality sales service by adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Maintain required sales goals on a considerate basis.
