About the Role
The Telesales Represenative strives to offer products of BPI AIA and its affiliates via telemarketing.
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to influence clients in purchasing multiple sets of insurance products.Listen actively, probe appropriately, and communicate feedback to build client relationships and understand their needs of the client.Connect and empathize with our clients and fully understand their needs.Influence our clients to avail insurance plan and enroll to policy.Accurately document enrolment details through inputting data in the system.Maintain quality sales service by adhering to company and industry standards.Maintain required sales goals on a considerate basis.
