Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios
- Coach and train team members to improve performance and customer engagement
- Handle team attendance, rostering, and performance reviews
- Maintain MIS reports and sales dashboards
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and quality standards
- Support business growth through effective lead management and follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Telesales
- Proven team handling / people management experience
- Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
