Responsibilities

  • Building long-term partner relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Developing sales strategies and action plans.
  • Coaching and counseling the Sales Manager on improving the telesales team’s selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful development.
  • Monitoring and managing sales forecasts, budgets, revenues, and costs to identify improvement areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources to improve overall sales performance.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing, and revising the plan to meet sales targets.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and product-relevant market analysis and reports for management.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.
