Responsibilities
Building long-term partner relationships with new and existing customers. Developing sales strategies and action plans.Coaching and counseling the Sales Manager on improving the telesales team’s selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful development.Monitoring and managing sales forecasts, budgets, revenues, and costs to identify improvement areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources to improve overall sales performance.Monitoring sales performance, analyzing, and revising the plan to meet sales targets.Keeping up to date with products and competitors.Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and product-relevant market analysis and reports for management.Performing other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.
