Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls for customers and individual companies for sales and retention in cooperation with Contact Center Services.
  • Provide up-to-date, accurate, and appropriate information to customers and effectively interpret their needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of service standards provided, using call‑handling procedures at opening, during conversation, and while ending the call.
  • Act as a sales consultant to advise customers on the right service they are looking for.
  • Assure revenue growth by cross‑selling and upselling business products and services that match customer needs.
  • Adhere to pre‑set performance and quality KPIs as per quality assurance guidelines and achieve assigned revenue, sales, and retention targets.
