• Handle inbound calls and follow-up calls with prospects who've messaged via WhatsApp or Instagram, using our structured qualification and follow-up process. • Make outbound calls to prospective individual and business clients as directed, using approved call scripts. • Clearly explain The LexSphere's service tiers and pricing (consultations, document review, legal notices, retainers) exactly as published, no improvised pricing. • Convert free inquiries into paid consultations and paid services, following the standard follow-up cadence (Day 0, Day 2, Day 7). • Log every call and lead outcome in the tracker the same day, without exception. • Schedule confirmed consultations and calls into the Advocate's calendar. • Collect basic client information and documents needed to begin a matter, and hand off cleanly to the legal team. • Escalate any pricing exceptions or discount requests to the Manager, rather than negotiating independently. • Consistently meet weekly and monthly call volume a...
