Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote company products and explain their features and benefits. Generate new business inquiries and convert leads into sales. Follow up with customers to maximize conversions and repeat business. Maintain customer records, call logs, and CRM updates. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing. Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers. Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager. Requirements & QualificationsGraduate or 12th Pass with relevant Tele Sales experience. 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
