Role Overview
The VAS Sales Agent will be responsible for upselling value-added services (VAS) to buyers
transacting through the DriveX Direct platform.
The role focuses on increasing buyer adoption of services such as retail finance, insurance,
name transfer, and ownership support, thereby improving overall customer convenience
and platform revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Service Upselling
• Engage with buyers who are progressing toward vehicle purchase on the DriveX
Direct platform.
• Educate them on available services such as:
o Retail finance
o Vehicle insurance
o RC name transfer
o Ownership assistance services
Revenue Generation
• Drive higher adoption of services by clearly explaining benefits and convenience.
Customer Guidance
• Assist buyers in understanding documentation requirements and service processes....
