  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about AXA products.

  • Answer questions about products or AXA Egypt

  • Contribute in generating sales for our company, close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all current and upcoming AXA insurance products and make sure to update customers on new AXA products.

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.

  • Measure identified KPIs and strive towards meeting sales quota

  • Maintain and update database with customer information

  • Create and present detailed sales reports

  • Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
