Seeking an experienced Telephony & Voiceless Technology Engineer to join the team and play a key role in supporting, optimising and evolving the voice and collaboration platforms.

This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems, and brings hands‑on experience across telephony, UC and voiceless communication technologies—particularly in migration-focused work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting and managing telephony and voiceless communication platforms across the organisation
  • Delivering and assisting with migration projects, including on‑prem to cloud transitions and platform upgrades
