As per our requirement we are looking for linguistic tele callers who can conduct telephonic interviews (Survey based – No Collection, No Sales, No Customer Service).

Job Description (Telephonic Interviewer): -

  • Conduction of telephonic interviews / Survey calling
  • Attend outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different campaigns
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage respondents by taking the extra mile
  • Collection of conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
