Telephone Operator– The Ritz‑Carlton Abama Resort, Tenerife, Spain. Full‑time, non‑management position.ResponsibilitiesAnswer all internal and external telephone calls promptly, professionally and courteously.Direct calls and guest requests accurately to the appropriate departments.Provide guests with detailed information about resort facilities, dining venues, spa services, activities, transportation and local attractions.Manage guest requests efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.Record and deliver messages accurately while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Support emergency communication procedures in accordance with established hotel protocols.Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless communication across the resort.Maintain up‑to‑date operational information and internal directories.Ensure every telephone interaction reflects The Ritz‑Carlton’s co...
