  • Answer all internal and external telephone calls promptly, professionally and courteously.
  • Direct calls and guest requests accurately to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about resort facilities, dining venues, spa services, activities, transportation and local attractions.
  • Manage guest requests efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Record and deliver messages accurately while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
