Telemarketing Executive

Overview

Delivers basic technical administrative or operative sales tasks. Places outbound calls, uses computerized systems for tracking information gathering and troubleshooting, may answer inquiries and resolve problems, and develops knowledge of the organization’s products and services. Understands simple instructions and performs telemarketing duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Entry point into professional roles. Reports to the International Markets and Telesales Manager. Eligible for sales incentive compensation. Responsible for handling incoming queries from web‑based customers and generating sales through outbound calls to leads generated via the website.
