Job Description

As a Telemarketer (Insurance), you will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to promote and achieve sales targets for insurance products.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Convert partner-provided leads into successful sales through telemarketing activities.
  • Ensure all call activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligned with quality standards.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telemarketing/ tele-sales experience within the financial industry.
  • BCP, PGI, HI Certification
