Job Description
- Conduct calls to existing and new customers to market product features, present benefits accurately and persuasively, and gather relevant client information needed to process applications or requests using telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools, and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/requests and prevent customer complaints.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures by following the bank's guidelines, using manuals, handbooks, and memos related to compliance.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
