Telemarketer (Beauty)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

. Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely

. Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary.

. Attend to customer enquiries

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Knowledge about services - training will be provided

. Calling of existing customers whenever necessary

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments

Requirements:

. Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred

. Strong communication skills

. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently

. Ability to work independently and meet targets

. Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales

. Good track record of turn ups

. Proficient with Excel
