Job Description

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Yeastar PBX systems. Deploy, provision, and troubleshoot Yealink IP phones. Configure SIP trunks, extensions, IVRs, ring groups, queues, and call routing. Perform firmware upgrades and system maintenance. Diagnose and resolve Vo IP quality issues including latency, jitter, packet loss, and one-way audio. Assist with PBX migrations, upgrades, and new client deployments. Configure softphones and remote user connectivity. Monitor telephony systems and proactively resolve issues. Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless access points. Configure VLANs, Qo S, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPNs. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues. Perform network diagnostics and identify bottlenecks affecting voice services. Ensure network configurations support optimal Vo IP performance. Assist with firewall configuration and network security best practices. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
