• Implement and manage cutting-edge technologies in VoIP communication.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in
  Cisco Unified Communication Manager

• In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, standards, and technologies, including:
• SIP
  ,
  RTP
  ,
  H.323
  , and codecs.
• Quality of Service (
  QoS
  ) and encryption.
• Experience with hosted phone systems, such as:
• Cloud PBX and virtual PBX.
• VoIP phone systems and Unified Communications as a Service (
  UCaaS
  ).
