We are seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Manager/Engineer to support statewide telecommunications initiatives, financial audits, VoIP modernization projects, and communications infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical and administrative support for large-scale telecommunications conversion projects
✅ Conduct comprehensive network, voice service, and billing audits to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities
✅ Analyze telecom invoices, reconcile billing discrepancies, and recommend process improvements
✅ Develop and deliver training on communications billing audit procedures and compliance standards
✅ Lead specialty VoIP implementations and modernization initiatives
