Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducts technical and soft skills trainings and certification to our field technicians and project engineers.
- Performs all logistic requirements related to training:
- Coordinates with Partner Operations Heads, Field Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leaders on the scheduled training
- Finds appropriate venue and arrange meals if necessary
- Prints training handouts and materials
- Facilitates Pre-qualification and Validation Exams
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs, shadowing activity, etc.)
- Cascades any newly introduced technologies, products and services as necessary
- Facilitates contractor certification by conducting written and hands-on exam
- Database management
- Conducts other trainings as necessary
- Shadowing activities (field work)
