Job Roles and Responsibilities


  1. Conducts technical and soft skills trainings and certification to our field technicians and project engineers.
  2. Performs all logistic requirements related to training:
  • Coordinates with Partner Operations Heads, Field Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leaders on the scheduled training
  • Finds appropriate venue and arrange meals if necessary
  • Prints training handouts and materials
  • Facilitates Pre-qualification and Validation Exams
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs, shadowing activity, etc.)
  1. Cascades any newly introduced technologies, products and services as necessary
  2. Facilitates contractor certification by conducting written and hands-on exam
  3. Database management
  4. Conducts other trainings as necessary
  5. Shadowing activities (field work)
