Telecom Support Engineer



Tasks/responsibilities:



You will be responsible for the technically correct functioning telecom solutions with its clients. In addition you will support your assigned customers with technically complex matters but also with commercial affairs on site. The issues you will be dealing with require a great sense of resourcefulness and perseverance and are widely varied: from integration with banking systems through operating and network systems, Microsoft SQL server and product as well as customer specific configurations. The number of issues you shall be dealing with is limited (predominantly 2nd line support). You will be responsible for a number of Telecom accounts national and international.
