Insight Global is looking to hire 3 Superintendents in Childress that will manage all of the Scope/Schedule/Budget for the Telecom discipline in the field. This individual should have strong experience representing their work and knowledge within Telecom and have experience working in a construction environment. The ability to self-manage and lead a team is extremely important.
- Communication & Coordination w/ Area Sups (Work Sequence, Execution, Manpower)
- Subcontractor alignment & execution in the Field (know the schedule, work sequence and complete the work)
- Safety (PTP's, HRA's, Lift/pick plans, Equipment training, riggers/bellmen, Risk Assesment, Method Statement)
- Safety ( LOTO, Hot work permit, pre-dig permit, concrete/coring permit)
- Mandatory meetings (mass safety, toolbox talks, whiteboards, stretch & flex, super coordination meetings)
