What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for effective design, administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of Contact Center systems, is achieved. Perform assigned duties as listed in RACI model(s) and under general direction from manager.
