Telecom Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conducts routine inspection, status checking and audit of maintained equipment, tools and/or spares.

• Supports and assist clients in the troubleshooting of installed equipment.

• Ensure that all installation/maintenance work shall be done in accordance with good

engineering practice.

• Exerts all efforts, exhausting several possibilities to provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Represents the company and acts in a professional manner during meeting, reporting and other forms of communication involving the client.

• Perform other duties as assigned, and necessary to complete the main task

• Prepare reports, documentation and other projects as required

• Manages the day-to-day operations at the base.

• Facilitates job requests by clients.
