Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Telecom BIM Designer with extensive Revit BIM design experience and proficiency in telecommunications systems design and construction.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of Revit BIM design experience
- Proficiency with NavisWorks and Bluebeam or similar markup software
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
- Understanding of codes, standards, and their impact on design decisions
- Experience with wiring/cabling connections
- Ability to estimate hours for design and modeling efforts
Preferred Skills:
- At least 6 years of Revit MEP design experience
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry association (TIA) standards
- Design experience in semiconductor/advanced facility environments
- Experience with paging, intercom, audio-visual systems, life safety, security systems, fire alarm...
