Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Explain forex trading services and account details.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain call and lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with sales and retention teams.
