Job Description

Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound cold/warm calls from provided databases to identify potential property buyers. Project Pitching: Clearly explain project USPs, pricing, location advantages, and amenities to interested clients. Site Visit Scheduling: Overcome objections and book appointments for clients to visit the property or sales office. Database Management: Update and maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the buying CYCLE. Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is generally preferred.
