Key Responsibilities •. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively to prospective clients • Generate and qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM/database • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets • Handle customer queries and objections professionally, escalating complex issues when needed • Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns and target lists Requirements • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream) • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory • Excellent verbal communication skills in (Hindi/English/regional language) • Pleasant and confident phone man...
