Job Brief

We are looking for a female telecaller to attend the inbound calls. 

Roles & Responsibilities

· Providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one.

· Should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.

· Customer follow up

· Promoting the company services

· Make sure that telephone system works smoothly without interruption.

Requirements

· Any graduate

· Excellent verbal communication skill in both English and Malayalam

· Fresher’s or Experienced smart female candidates.

· Good knowledge in computer
