Telecaller / Patient Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (30–45 calls per day) with an average talk time of 200–250 minutes daily.
• Collect and manage leads from multiple sources such as campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Update and maintain CRM with accurate patient information.
• Follow up and manage the complete patient journey — from initial inquiry to consultation and treatment coordination.
• Provide clear communication and empathetic support to patients regarding procedures, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Share daily reports on leads, calls, and conversion status with the management team.
