- Communicate in Marathi with farmers and other individuals working with the company
- Regularly interact with farmers to collect updates, feedback, and field-level information
- Share collected updates and insights with the internal company team in a timely manner
- Explain new company strategies, plans, and techniques to farmers and stakeholders in simple and understandable Marathi
