Telecaller – Key Responsibilities (Short JD)Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Explain products/services and generate qualified leads. Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Update customer details in CRM/Excel. Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
