Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Share product/service information clearly and effectively
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and ensure closure

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English
• Prior experience in a call center/BPO is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
• Basic computer knowledge
