Telecaller

Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support the NGOs programs.

Identify and reach out to potential donors and sponsors.

Maintain relationships with existing donors and ensure regular engagement.

Organize fundraising events, both online and offline.

Promote one-time and recurring donations through various channels.

Keep accurate records of donor communications and contributions.

Collaborate with the communications team for promotional material.

Engage with individuals and organizations interested in volunteering.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations (preferred).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for social causes and community work.

Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
