Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the given database/leads.

  • Explain SSC coaching programs, course benefits, fee structures, and admission procedures.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

  • Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.

  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address queries promptly.

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation

  • Freshers preferred.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
