We are looking for a Tele-Optometry Manager who will lead, develop and scale the Tele-Optometry services across the VisilabGroup (Visilab, Kochoptik, McOptic). This role is responsible for team leadership, service quality, strategic development, cross‑functional alignment, and the continuous expansion of tele‑optometry within the Swiss optical retail environment.

You will act as the ambassador and key driver of Tele-Optometry, ensuring operational excellence, strong performance, high‑quality customer experience, and sustainable growth.
