Migr8 is looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Tele Caller cum Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing front desk operations, and assisting students with basic inquiries related to our services. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Manage front desk and greet walk-in clients
Provide accurate information about courses and services
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and appointments
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Coordinate with the counseling team Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
