Hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Tele calling Executive   to manage category-wise order fulfillment process while handling voice-based communication with vendors, partners, and customers. The role requires strong coordination skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage both backend processes and voice interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to fulfillment updates, escalations, and coordination.

  • Communicate with vendors, delivery partners, and customers to ensure smooth processing.

  • Resolve queries and complaints within defined TAT.

  • Maintain professional communication standards always.

  • Provide timely status updates and follow-ups.
